|Alert Properties||Alert Description|
|Alert Name||Long title tags found|
|Description||The title tag is longer than the ideal length of 60 characters|
The title tag is a short tag that tells about page content. Large title tags beyond the ideal length of 60 characters are not helpful for users. Most users would like to read limited text to understand the content of the page. Also, search engines like Google automatically truncate text to a specific size, that could be unintelligible for users to understand.
Although Google may crawl long titles, it reveals limited character count of 60 to users. A truncated version of the long title can put off valuable users /customers from using the site.
